Ninja Uniform Gouraiger (Isshu Kasumi) Blueprint

Inspired from Ninja Sentai Kakuranger where the heroes are seen wearing ninja uniforms before transforming, I've decided to try making a custom cosplay for Ninpuu Sentai Hurricanger using the Kakuranger element on the Gouraigers. 1st to try it out (if possible) is Kuwaga Raiger.
